This bibliography contains citations concerning gradiometers, magnetometers, and infrared detectors which use superconductors to improve sensitivity. Applications include biomagnetic measurements for medical studies, gravity-wave experiments, geomagnetism and ocean-bottom magnetic exploration, galvanometers and voltmeters, and bolometers and radiometers. Some articles refer to design considerations for cooling systems for the sensors and detectors, and fabrication techniques for SQUIDs (superconducting quantum interference devices.)
