The report H.R. 4908 is a bill to authorize hydrogen and fusion research, development, and demonstration programs and the high energy physics and nuclear physics programs of the Department of Energy (DOE). The purposes of this Act are to provide for development and demonstration of the processes and technologies needed to produce, store, transport, and utilize hydrogen for industrial, residential, transportation, and utility applications. Further to provide direction and authorize appropriations for a broadly based fusion, high energy physics, and nuclear physics programs. The proposed legislative text is included.
