The four LEP experiments have determined the semileptonic branching ratio of b-quarks. The measurements have been performed using hadronic events containing one or more electrons or muons. The average of all four experiments is Br(b[r arrow]l[nu]X)=0.110[plus minus]0.006(l=e or [mu]). The error is dominated by uncertainties in the modeling of b-hadron decays. The result is consistent with measurements at the [Upsilon](4S). In addition, the ALEPH collaboration has made the first determination of Br(b[r arrow][tau][nu]X)=4.20[sup +0.72][sub [minus]0.68][plus minus](0.46)%.
