The four regional Power Marketing Administrations (PMAs) operate independently to develop and implement marketing plans to dispose of surplus electric power generated by federal projects run by the Army Corps of Engineers or the Bureau of Reclamation. The report covers the ratemaking process, recent rate decisions, and policy developments of each. An appendix lists PMA actions and their status for the Alaska, Bonneville, Southeastern, and Southwestern Power Administrations.
