Methodology for predicting long-term fuel cell performance from short-term testing. Quarterly technical progress report No. 1, June 6-September 5, 1979
The objective of this program is to develop a methodology for predicting long-term fuel cell performance from short-term testing, applying the perturbation technique. The technique will be experimentally and theoretically applied to the phosphoric acid fuel cell (PAFC). During the first quarter, efforts were concentrated on three main task areas: aging model development, design of experiments, and testing. The details are presented. (WHK)
