What is the effect on uncertainty of utility resource portfolios that are [open quotes]supply-only[close quotes] vs. those that include demand-side management as well The evidence from this analysis shows that inclusion of DSM programs among utility resources diversifies the portfolio beneficially, reducing both revenue requirements and risk.
