In this paper the Batalin-Vilkovisky procedure for the BRST invariant path-integral quantization of general gauge theories is discussed. An extension of this is given in which a path integral is constructed that is invariant under an anti-BRST symmetry as well as the BRST symmetry. It is also manifestly invariant under an Sp(2) symmetry which rotates the BRST and anti-BRST charges into one another.
