Kinetic theory of nonequilibrium superconductors with a wide-band source of quasiparticles
A theoretical study is made of a nonequilibrium state of a superconductor created by a wide-band source of quasiparticles. A numerical solution is obtained of the complete system of equations for the distribution functions of quasiparticles and nonequilibrium phonons, and the order parameter in a wide range of pump powers, temperatures, and reabsorption factors ..gamma... The dependences of the order parameter on the power, temperature, and reabsorption factor are obtained. The spectrum of the emitted phonons, critical power and its temperature dependence, diamagnetic current, superconductor energy in a nonequilibrium state, ultrasound absorption coefficient, and other characteristics are calculated.
