Multichannel digitizer for routine monitoring of ion emission from laser-driven implosions

The design and construction of a multichannel Faraday cup detector and digitizer system for routine monitoring of ion emission characteristics from laser driven implosions are discussed. Experimental results are presented to demonstrate the operation of the device.
