This report documents the detailed review of the thermal and structural analyses of the Fairchild Stratos Division (FSD) prototype lockhopper valves. The purpose of this review is to establish whether the FSD prototype lockhopper valve external pressure boundary complies with the Design Criteria for Lockhopper Valve Development Program, and will the valves be safe to operate through the entire METC Prototype Lockhopper Testing and Development Program.
