We consider the consequences of SU(3) symmetry, of the quark model, and of dispersion sum rules for the decays of tensor mesons into two photons. In the framework of SU(3) with the mixing angle which follows from the mass formula, the prediction for GAMMA(f' ..-->.. 2..gamma..) agrees with experiment for reasonable values of B(f' ..-->.. KK-bar). From the sum rules we obtain GAMMA(f ..-->.. 2..gamma..) = 2.62 +- 0.44 keV, GAMMA(A/sub 2/ ..-->.. 2..gamma..) = 0.89 +- 0.33 keV, and GAMMA(f' ..-->.. 2..gamma..)B(f' ..-->.. KK-bar) = )for GAMMA(K(/sup 0/reverse arrowK/sup 0/..gamma.. = 78 keV, for GAMMA(K)(..-->..K/sup 0/..gamma..) = 248 keV).
