In this work the author has revised the first edition of his book on the production and transport of oil and gas. He has incorporated recent developments in the world oil industry, modifying some chapters didactically and enlarging some to account for their increased significance. This second volume of the book presents equipment and systems for the surface gathering, separation and metering oil and gas. Isothermal and non-isothermal oil transport methods and systems are discussed in detail. One chapter deals with the design of gas-transport systems at the level required by the petroleum engineer.
