States' cogeneration rate setting under PURPA

The status, rates, and contact for information on state cogeneration plans under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act (PURPA) are summarized in a table. The total of 27 states that missed the March 20, 1981 deadline to have a plan in place has now been reduced to 14. (DCK)
