Dielectric satellite spectra of Li-like ions

Journal Article · · At. Data Nucl. Data Tables; (United States)
Radiative transition wavelengths and rates as well as Auger transition probabilities for the deexcitation of the 1s2s/sup 2/2p, 1s2s2p/sup 2/, and 1s2p/sup 3/ configurations of Be-like ions have been calculated relativistically by the multiconfiguration Dirac--Fock method. Eight ions with atomic numbers in the range 6less than or equal toZless than or equal to26 are considered. The transverse Breit interaction and quantum electrodynamic corrections are taken into account in the energy calculations. The transition rates are computed in intermediate coupling with configuration interaction within the same complex. Both Coulomb and generalized Breit interactions are included in the evaluation of relativistic Auger matrix elements. The dielectronic satellite intensity factors and line fluorescence yields are also calculated.
