The turbine blade test cascade facility was installed in the Grimethorpe Facility in 1981. A detailed description of the design, installation and commissioning of the equipment is given in earlier reports. This report covers the operational and engineering experiences including problems, equipment charges, and recommissioning which was carried out between May 1983 and March 1984. This period included Test Series 2.3A, 2.2 and 2.3B. Information on the materials evaluation of the cascade blades are covered in a separate report. 7 refs., 27 figs., 8 tabs.
