In the present experiments were observed an oscillation of the voltage in the resistive state of niobium foils as a fixed value of the transport current through the sample. The samples had dimensions of 1 x 0.1 x 0.0013 cm and an initial resistance ratio approx.150. The samples were impregnated with helium to a concentration approx.05 at.%, uniformly over this volume, through the implantation of high-energy helium ions. The samples were then annealed in high vacuum for 1 h at 1300/sup 0/C. (AIP)
