The dependence of the critical superconducting-transition temperature on the iron concentration x and on the pressure P was measured for the system Fe/sub x/SnMo/sub 6/S/sub 8/. The T/sub c/(x) dependence is similar to that of Abrikosov and Gor'kov, and the critical concentration is x/sub cr/ = 0.061 (0.41 at.%). At x = 0.04 the absolute value of partialT/sub c//partialP increases by more than three times compared with x = 0 and reaches -3.2 x 10/sup -4/ K/bar. The T/sub c/(P) dependence at x = 0.04 is nonlinear. This behavior can be attributed to enhancement, under pressure, of the exchange interaction of the conduction electrons with the magnetic moments of the impurity. The magnetic susceptibility changes little at a pressure approx.5 kbar.
