This paper details some of the actions that were taken to introduce the recommendations of the International Nuclear Safety Advisory Group 4 (INSAG 4) {open_quotes}Safety Culture{close_quotes} document at a nuclear power station. The station has experienced a much improved performance turnaround during the period of implementation, and although one cannot say that this is as a result of these interventions, maybe it is!
