Medium energy measurements of n-n parameters. Progress in research, January 1-December 31, 1984

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:5547012
The purpose of this report is to summarize our progress in medium energy research during 1984. Our research program is one principally involving medium energy nucleon-nucleon experiments at LAMPF. It is collaborative effort involving the University of Texas, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and other research groups, most notably the UCLA Medium Energy Physics group. The aim of the experimental program is the determination of the nucleon-nucleon amplitudes at medium energy. The required data include both elastic and inelastic experiments, and in addition the measurements of polarization and polarization transfer parameters. The progress reported here is progress involving the collaborative research program as a whole. We emphasize the research work that the University of Texas group is most concerned with. Publications are listed.
