We discuss the Monte Carlo program BHLUMI 2.01 for small angle Bhabha scattering with an overall precision of 0.25%. The QED calculation at this precision level is essential for the luminosity measurement at LEP/SLC experiments. We summarize the theoretical development and implementation of our Yennie-Frautschi-Suura O([alpha]) exponentiated low angle Bhabha scattering event generator and discuss our outlook for the future.
