The vapor pressure of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzodioxin (TCDD) at 25 /sup 0/C is (7.4 +/- 0.4) x 10/sup -10/ torr. This value together with published values of aqueous solubility, octanol/water partition coefficient, and photolysis quantum yields provides a basis for estimating the half-lives for movement and transformation of TCDD in water, air, and soil. 26 references, 4 tables.
