In the following, only results obtained after the progress report of September 26, 1990 are reported. Areas of research covered are:Monte Carlo simulation of cation diffusion; stabilities of oxides in the system Co-Fe-Mn-O at 1200{degree}C; electrical conduction in mixed oxides; point defect structure of pure cobaltous oxide; and cation tracer diffusion in mixed spinels.
