We report the refinement of a technique of high resolution nuclear spectroscopy which we call Nuclear Frequency Modulation Spectroscopy, and we report our latest experimental results for developing rf-sidebands'' in the {sup 119}Sn nucleus in foils of Sn and FeSn.
