Nuclear cross sections, [sigma][sub [ital ij]],[ital i]=[pi][sup [plus minus]], [ital K][sup +], [ital K][sup [minus]], [ital p], [ital [bar p]], [ital A]; [ital j]=[ital p], [ital A] have been derived for all energies. A new expression for the average charged particle multiplicity together with new empirical formulas for elastic and inelastic pp cross sections have been derived and used to determine the nuclear cross sections. Extrapolations to high and superhigh energies are given. For instance, at 1.8 TeV (Amos [ital et] [ital al].) the experimental result is 16.6[plus minus]1.6 mb for the elastic [bar p]p cross section. From this result we predict 72.16[plus minus]3.34 mb for the total [bar p]p cross section in agreement with the experimental result with [rho]=0.145. At E=10[sup 20] eV we obtain 32 g/cm[sup 2] for the interaction length of nucleons in air. The measured inelastic [sup 4]He-Al cross section is 720[plus minus]30 mb at 4.5 GeV/c. We obtain 729 mb.
