Kinematics and structure of the neutral hydrogen in the barred spiral galaxy NGC 3359
The barred spiral galaxy NGC 3359 has been observed with the three-element line interferometer of the National Radio Astronomy Observatory. An angular resolution of 42'' x 31'' was achieved with a velocity resolution of 24.5 km/s. Systematic noncircular motions were found to exist which appear to be associated with features in the disk and possibly with the bar.
