Monte Carlo simulations with the 100 Mflop ST-100 array processor are described. The architecture of the array processor and its applicability to large-scale numerical simulations is discussed. Results are presented for the Abelian Higgs model, a charge density wave transition in a quasi-one-dimensionl system and the finite temperature phase transition in S-italicU-italic(3) lattice gauge theory.
