Phase distribution in the HfO/sub 2/-Er/sub 2/O/sub 3/-Ta/sub 2/O/sub 5/ system

Phase relationships obtained by heating coprecipitated oxide powders in the HfO/sub 2/-Er/sub 2/O/sub 3/-Ta/sub 2/O/sub 5/ system were investigated by X-ray diffractometry. Partial isothermal sections at 1100 and 1500/sup 0/C are presented. 32 references, 4 figures, 8 tables.
