Conference ·
OSTI ID:5468641

A conference was held on the indirect liquefaction of coal. The following topics were discussed: bifunctional F-T catalyst development; selectivity of metal-zeolite catalysts in synthesis gas conversion; separation and reactivity of Fe-Cu and Fe-Mn catalysts; novel carbon molecular sieve catalysts; synthesis gas solubility in Fischer-Tropsch slurry; catalysts for extended Schulz-Flory; fuel alcohols from syngas; determination of carbonaceous overlayers; two-stage indirect liquefaction; assessment of the Mobil process; slurry phase catalysts for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis; hydrodynamics of a bubble column; methanol to gasoline operations at Wesseling, Germany; results of Laporite liquid phase methanol; and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in slurry reactors. Projects are processed separately for the data base. (CBS)
