Complete angular distributions ({theta}{sub c.m.}=9{degree}--90{degree}) have been measured for the reaction {sup 13}C({sup 13}C,{alpha}){sup 22}Ne in the energy range {ital E}{sub c.m.}=10.38--13.38 MeV. The data exhibit significant nonstatistical behavior and have been fitted to a linear sum of Legendre polynomials using a least-squares procedure. An 11{sup {minus}} resonance is identified at {ital E}{sub {ital x}}({sup 26}Mg)=34.21 MeV and a possible 10{sup +} at {ital E}{sub {ital x}}({sup 26}Mg)=33.71 MeV.
