Supergravity theory with a superlight gravitino (of mass {similar to}{ital m}{sub {ital W}}{sup 2}{ital M}{sub Pl}{sup {minus}1}) leads to many interesting {ital Z}{sup 0} decay modes which are not present in the standard model or in the usual supergravity theory. We discuss the signals associated with two such decay modes, {ital Z}{sup 0}{r arrow}{ital Sf{bar f}},{ital Pf{bar f}}, where {ital S} ({ital P}) is a massless scalar (pseudoscalar) particle present in this theory, and {ital f} is a quark or a lepton. Lack of observation of this mode in the current measurements at the CERN {ital e}{sup +}{ital e{minus}} collider LEP leads to a lower bound on the gravitino mass of 10{sup {minus}14} GeV. Such decays will be observable with 10{sup 6} {ital Z}{sup 0}'s at LEP if the gravitino mass is less than 10{sup {minus}13} GeV.
