Double doping of barium titanate

The authors study double doping in a relatively wide range of concentrations of the dopants. For the first dopant the rare-earth element cerium was used in all cases. For the second dopant magnesium + gallium was selected; chromium + copper (3d transition elements with variable valence) were selected for the third. The authors found that the use of double doping of barium titanate enables one to obtain materials for posistors with all possible values of the parameters.
