High-temperature composite latent/sensible heat storage

A composite latent/sensible media concept is being evaluated for technical and economic feasibility of satisfying high-temperature solar thermal energy storage requirements. The approaches being taken to identify and resolve critical technical issues associated with this advanced TES concept are discussed.
