We report on an experimental study of the decays of the ψ' (3684) to other charmonium states. The decays of 106 ψ' (3684)'s were observed with the SLAC-LBL Mark II detector at the e+e- storage ring SPEAR. Branching ratios have been measured for ψ' (3684) decays to yx where the x decays to yψ (3095) or to hadrons. an upper limit of 0.13% is set on the branching ratio for ψ' → yx(3455) → yyψ(3095); this is a factor of 6 less than the branching ratio measured by a previous less sensitive experiment. we investigate the decay ψ' → yηc, ηc → hadrons. The decay ψ' → π0ψ, which violates isospin conservation, is observed with a branching ratio of (0.15±0.06)%.
