Bonneville Power Administration's 1985 Transmission Rate Schedules and General Transmission Rate Schedule Provisions, contained herein, were approved on an interim basis by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, United States Department of Energy, in a commission order issued June 28, 1985 (Docket Nos. EF-852021-000, et al.) These rate schedules and provisions became effective July 1, 1985. Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, these rate schedules and provisions supersede the Administration's Transmission Rate Schedules and General Transmission Rate Schedule Provisions effective February 1, 1984.
