Quark model for forward and central hadron-nucleus collisions

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:5433074
Leading constituents which escape collisions hadronize to form forward moving particles in hadron-nucleus interactions. The remaining quarks should then produce hadrons in the central region. In this model I derive simple predictions and sum rules for multiplicity ratios, and compare them with experiment.
