Local quantum-chromodynamic sum rules and quarkonia

Local QCD duality relations impose accurate algebraic relationships between quarkonia levels and leptonic widths. These algebraic results follow from QCD moment sum rules applied locally. Quark masses and the strong coupling constant are fixed by bound quarkonium states alone. The approximate flavor independence of quarkonia level spacing is demonstrated.
