The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is demonstrating and evaluating the use of photochemical models. These models require accurate and complete inventory data bases. To insure that all major volatile organic compound (VOC) sources are included in emission inventory data bases, and to insure that VOC emission inventories for photochemical oxidant nonattainment areas include all sources that are subject to Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT), this directory of VOC sources covered by RACT requirements has been derived independently of EPA inventory data. This report is Volume 2 of a 3-volume series.
