Dispersion sum rules necessary for the calculation of the electromagnetic mass difference of pions are derived using the results of current algebra and PCAC. Using the spectral functions from the model by Shifman {ital et} {ital al}., the values of axial and vector coupling constants are obtained. (AIP)
