Dynamics of quantized vortices and the problem of vortex formation

The domain of applicability of the expression for the Magnus force is analyzed. The dynamics of quantized vortices is discussed, and then used for the foundation of the possibility of quantized vortex formation directly on the boundary surfaces of a liquid volume or on the surfaces of foreign bodies submerged in the liquid.
