A polymer flood is planned for the north half of the Stanley Stringer reservoir in Osage County, Oklahoma. The reservoir, a Bartlesville sand, has an average porosity of 18%, a peremability of 300 md, and has been waterflooded. A preflush of fresh water, followed by the polymer flood (Pusher 700) driven by more fresh water is expected to recover a minimum of 1,000,000 barrels, an improvement of 2.4% original oil in place.
