Eighteen conclusions are presented concerning tritium levels in holding ponds, evaporation ponds, and other locations; release of tritium from processing of plutonium scrap; occupational exposures; public health hazards; analyses of liquid process wastes; and the Colorado department of health surveillance program. Recommendations are presented concerning safety of accidental discharge prevention, environmental monitoring, and other procedures. (HLW)
