A generic summary of the technical bases, analyses, and test results related to the principal design issues for 15 x 15 reload fuel for Westinghouse PWR's is presented. All key material properties used in the fuel performance analyses are listed along with the bases for their selection. The material and component behavioral models used are described. Stress-strain design limits are specified along with the bases for such limits. Methods for evaluating these limits are described.
