The Cumulative Environmental Impact Report (CEIR) is a compilation of all studies relating to the impact of power plants in Maryland and adjacent states upon Maryland's environment. The CEIR is published biannually. The present report is an assessment of impacts using results of studies performed in 1983 and 1984.
