Synthesis and ionic conductivity of a new series of modified Aurivillius phases
- Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA (United States)
The ionic conductivity of oxygen deficient Bi{sub 2}Sr{sub 2}M {prime}{sub 2}M{double_prime}{sub 2}O{sub 11.5} and the non-oxygen deficient Bi{sub 2}Sr{sub 2}M {prime}{sub 2}TiO{sub 12} (M{prime} = Nb, Ta and M{double_prime} = Al,Ga) has been investigated. Phase transitions are described.
