This book discusses the image processing technology in nuclear medicine. The techniques discussed are biomedical radiography, NMR imaging, ultrasonography and computerized tomography as used for diagnostic purpose of skeletal diseases; brain and spinal cord diseases; abdomen and gastrointestinal tract diseases; urinary and genital tract diseases and chest and face diseases. Infections diseases of chest and bone are described and specifically described in ultrasonography of uterine diseases and evaluation of pregnancy. Congenital malformation of skeleton and hereditary diseases are also discussed.
