Spatial wind surveys are reported in the Cape Blanco, Juniper Point, and Goodnoe Hills areas of Washington and Oregon. Wind turbine generator wake measurements have been taken at the Goodnoe Hills site, and a methodology for sampling the wind flow using a kite anemometer has been developed. (LEW)
