This monthly report contains Licensee Event Report (LER) operational information that was processed into the LER data file of the Nuclear Safety Information Center (NSIC). The LERs, from which this information is derived, are submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) by nuclear power plant licensees in accordance with federal regulations. Procedures for LER reporting are described in detail in NRC Regulatory Procedures for LER reporting are described in detail in NRC Regulatory Guide 1.16 and NUREG-0161, Instructions for Preparation of Data Entry Sheets for Licensee Event Reports. The LER summaries in this report are arranged alphabetically by facility name and then chronologically by event date for each facility. Component, system, and keyword indexes follow the summaries. The components and systems are those identified by the utility when the LER form is initiated; the keywords are assigned by the NSIC staff when the summaries are prepared for computer entry.
