Measurements of the electrical resistivity, magnetization, susceptibility, and specific heat of Ce{sub 2}T{sub 2}In (T=Cu,Au,Pt) at low temperatures are reported. For T=Cu and Au, antiferromagnetic order is seen below T{sub N}=4.5 and 3.6 K, respectively. For T=Pt, spin-glass freezing is observed below {approximately}0.5 K. There is no indication of coexistence of magnetic order with heavy-fermion behavior. {copyright} {ital 1997} {ital The American Physical Society}
