Economic analysis of Alaskan royalty gas contracts. A report to State of Alaska: the legislature

Three contracts for the sale of the State of Alaska's royalty gas from the leases on the Prudhoe Bay oil and gas field have been negotiated by the State of Alaska with Tenneco Alaska, Inc., El Paso Natural Gas Company, and Southern Natural Gas Company. These contracts must be approved by a majority of each House of the Alaska State Legislature. The purpose of this analysis is to determine if the contracts protect the interests of the State of Alaska.
