Quantal and semiclassical calculations of charge transfer in C{sup 2+}+He collisions

A quantal reaction-coordinate treatment is employed to calculate charge-transfer cross sections for {sup 12}C{sup 2+}+{sup 4}He collisions in the impact energy range 300eV{le}E{le}2.5keV, using a molecular basis set.
